Director of Training and Development

Work Schedule for a Full-Time Director of Training and Development

This position typically works in a remote format forty hours a week Monday through Friday. Although primarily remote, this position may be required to travel to provide training or for meetings throughout the year.

A Day in the Life of the Director of Training and Development

The Director of Training and Development designs and oversees all training and development programs within the JAG-K organization. Responsibilities include identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses and developing group and individual training courses to ensure practices are in adherence to JAG-K policies and procedures. Provides enterprise-wide instruction and technical consultation to staff on JAG systems and technology to ultimately develop our employees' skills to improve quality of work, productivity, and retention.

Qualifications for the Director of Training and Development

Do you have a bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business, or a related discipline? Do you have 3 years of experience as a Training Director, Training Manager, or similar role in education or work skills instruction? Do you live in Kansas or are willing to relocate?
