In this role,you will support the development of on-site installation, servicing and repairprocesses of complex equipment and systems. You will provide technicalpresentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers andcompetitors. You will promote revision and correction of work instructions andcustomer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists. Youwill drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to fieldservices and product development. You will promote cross-functional groups toquickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery andinstallation of proper equipment. You will act as an escalation point for FieldService Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders. This position is a Remote position with a home base in Salt Lake City that requires 50-75% travel.

(Internals this is a Field Service Engineer Role.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Maintenance/Troubleshooting/Diagnostics of the DCS (Distributed Control Systems)
• DCS installation (hardware/software) and commissioning
• Networking, Cyber Security: design, implementation, configuration, diagnostics
• Provide service related to the upgrades and migrations of the DCS
• Configuration of virtual systems
• Ability of continual self-development and learning

MUST HAVE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years Technology Experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Pass and retain a clean background check
• Pass and retain clear random drug tests
• Ability to learn new technologies and disciplines
• Willing to travel 50-75%

WE VALUE:

• 
  Experience with system software installation and configuration
• Basic knowledge about application software configuration
• Ability to produce/read electrical schematics, network diagrams, and P&IDs
• Effective Communicator
• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or Technology Discipline
• Prior knowledge with VMWare Virtualization and/or Cisco Networking.
• Enterprise Microsoft Networking such as Active Directory Users and Policies, DNS, Sites and Services.
• Customer Service Skills
