Position Summary:

Monitors and manages patient care to promote continuity of care, optimal patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, cost efficiency, and compliance.

Reports to: Officer

FLSA: Exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Monitors patient and family satisfaction. Responds to questions and complaints from patients, family members, and payors regarding care.Drag Edit DeletePerforms upgrades and system enhancements, including activities with hardware/ software vendors, satisfaction program, and operations program.Drag Edit DeleteAssists with provider tracking, entry into data sheets, and merging of duplicate patient records.Drag Edit DeleteAssists with project plans and managing project teams. Researches and makes recommendations on projects as needed.Drag Edit DeleteTrains staff and users on computer systems and programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's degree (Preferred)
