Job Details
o Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent. Masters degree in engineering desirable.
o 10 years of engineering/plant management/general management experience in a manufacturing environment.
o Demonstrated ability in team building and leadership skill.
o Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
o Requires in depth experience in project management, industrial and process engineering.
o Requires an in depth knowledge of and experience in implementing safety processes and quality concepts.
o Proven ability to manage diverse, simultaneous projects of varying complexities.
o Requires an individual with strong communication skills; someone who is an effective presenter and who is effective communicating with all levels of the organization, as well as, customers and outside vendors.
