5 years as a Construction Superintendent
Experience managing field operations for retail, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls and light industrial.
Lead safety and compliance for project site
Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints
Experience using MS Word, Excel and other software as needed
Experience managing project timelines, budgets, materials and subcontractor partners
Professionalism and strong communication skills required
Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
