Job Details
-
Duties Include:

• Manufacture and maintain injection molds, based on customer requirements.
• Tool quotes and tool delivery from customer prints or files.
• Collaborative design and final approval of tool design, based on customer requirements.
• Assignment and advice of molds in production in tool room.
• Work with Q.C. and production for maintaining quality of product for tools in molding machines.
• Supervise and direct mold makers.
• Must adhere to ISO 9001 / AS9100 / ISO 13485 Quality Systems Procedures.
• Must adhere to GMP
• Must adhere to JG Plastics Safety Practices
• Must adhere to ITAR

Minimum qualifications and experience requirements:
Must have experience with C.N.C. programming and operating experience. Must be able to design and read drawings. Must be able to use Solid Works, Pro E and Master Cam Software packages.
