Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop tools and models using tool & die and die stamping techniques.
- Collaborate with teams to understand their tooling needs and develop solutions to meet these requirements.
- Maintain, repair, and modify existing models and tools to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
- Utilize advanced tooling tech to create efficient and user-friendly tools.
- Test and validate tools and models to ensure their reliability and accuracy.
- Provide technical support to the team in the use of tools and models.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tool & die technologies and trends, and implement them as appropriate to improve our financial modeling capabilities.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the design and development of tools and models.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in tool & die, die stamping, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a tool maker or tooling tech.
- Strong knowledge of tooling technologies and techniques.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to design and develop complex tools and models.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail, precision, and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
