Job Details
We are seeking a Tax Associate with M&A tax experience, graduated between the Classes of 2021 and 2019, to join our dynamic team in either Washington, DC, or New York. Preference will be given to candidates interested in contributing to our esteemed DC office.
Key Responsibilities:

• Apply M&A tax expertise to provide strategic tax counsel in a variety of transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tax strategies.
• Stay abreast of evolving tax regulations and changes to inform legal strategies.
• Contribute to the growth and success of our Tax Law practice area.

Qualifications:

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Bar admission in either DC or NY.
• Classes ranging from 2021 to 2019 with a focus on Tax Law, particularly M&A tax.
