Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Electrical Service & Maintenance, Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, and Design-Build. As a Permanent Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring they are meeting project timelines and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are on track and within budget
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
• Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications
• Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary permits are obtained
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are being met
• Provide regular project updates to senior management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Electrical Service & Maintenance, Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, and Design-Build
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
