We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent/Project Manager in the construction industry to join our team. This position requires a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction Superintendent, High-end residential construction, and Residential Project Manager. As a Permanent Superintendent/Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of high-end residential projects.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects meet their requirements and specifications.
• Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors, laborers, and materials.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to on the construction site.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, budgets, and other documentation as required.
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction Superintendent, High-end residential construction, and Residential Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
