Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

Job Details
DETAILED PROJECT LIST MUST BE AVAILABLE, INCLUDING PROJECTS COMPLETED.

• 7 years of solid experience in construction management in industrial and/or medical construction. Ground up projects a must. Interiors a plus.
• Proven history of project completion ground up construction, $10M - $50M
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office including MS Project, Primavera and Procore
• Solid experience in project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost controls, project administration and contract management.
• Demonstrated competence in the areas of safety, workforce management, quality and project execution
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills interacting directly with clients’ architects, consultants, contractors, trades. Etc..
