Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Lead Java Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust and scalable software applications using Java, Hibernate, Java Spring Boot, and React.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Mentoring junior developers, performing code reviews, and ensuring the quality of the team's output.
4. Identifying and implementing best practices for software development and documentation, ensuring designs meet requirements, and delivering high-quality work on tight schedules.
5. Participating in all phases of the software development life cycle, from design to deployment.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and technical issues as they arise.
7. Continually updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Lead Java Software Engineer position should possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Java Software Engineer or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in Java, Hibernate, Java Spring Boot, and React.
4. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
5. Proven experience in leading a team of software engineers.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for complex troubleshooting and analysis.
7. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
