This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced technology company as a Permanent Senior Info Enterprise Application Analyst. In this role, you will play a significant part in driving our technological advancement by ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of our Infor CloudSuite enterprise applications. You will also be involved in the planning and implementation of future upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations. This role offers a challenging and rewarding environment where you will use your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to drive our business forward.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain our Infor CloudSuite enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance and system stability.
2. Analyze and resolve complex application issues, using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure minimal disruption to our business operations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
5. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
6. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements, ensuring that our enterprise applications support our business objectives.
7. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and provide recommendations on how they can be leveraged to enhance our enterprise applications.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an enterprise analyst, with a focus on Infor CloudSuite.
3. Proven experience in managing and maintaining enterprise applications, with a strong understanding of system integrations.
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
8. Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, with experience conducting system audits.
9. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
10. Experience providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts is an advantage.
