Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year

We are looking for a brilliant and energetic Staff Engineer to help us take the platform to the next level. You will be a key member of our team, making technical decisions that will shape the company’s future.

As a Full Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer we are able to offer the following:
- Competitive Base Salary ($130K-$160K)
- Bonus Plan (10K paid out quarterly)

- 5 years of Ruby on Rails development experience
- 10 years of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience
- Strong SQL database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite).
- Experience with deployments to Heroku, AWS, or similar is a huge plus
- Experience balancing swift and long-term code maintainability
- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent field
- SaaS experience is highly preferred
