A well established Video Streaming Startup Partner is looking to hire a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to their talented team. To date they have received over $150 Million in funding and are profitable. They are looking to integrate security into their software development process, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks with robust security controls. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in DevOps and AWS, Highly skilled with Python, and expertise in application security and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. You will collaborate with various teams, develop CI pipelines, manage Docker containers, and refine auto-scaling policies to enhance performance and security.

Job Details

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud security, or a related role.
• Strong experience with AWS, Datadog, and Cloudwatch.
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with Docker and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and threat modeling.
• Familiarity with Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical team members.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or AWS Certified Security Specialty are a plus.
