We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Permanent Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team. Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing and managing commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
2. Utilizing your business insurance knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients, helping them to understand their insurance needs and options.
3. Handling property and casualty insurance, including managing claims, negotiating terms, and assessing risks.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
5. Assisting in the preparation and presentation of proposals, quotes, and renewals for clients.
6. Staying abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate, up-to-date information to clients and team members.
7. Providing high-quality customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong focus on business insurance and property and casualty.
2. Proven track record of success in managing large, complex accounts and achieving sales targets.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lines products, including property and casualty insurance.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and make sound decisions.
6. Proficiency in using insurance software and other relevant computer applications.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
