Job Details
Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into functional use
Collaborate and or act as business analysts and project managers to define scope and goals, track milestones, delegate priorities, and report regularly to senior management
Ensure data integrity and quality in database systems
Conveys customer feedback to product development staff
Develops and delivers hands on technical training & documentation for clients
Develop database functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application implementation and data analysis
Provide technical assistance to resolve all database and application issues related to performance, capacity and access
Promotes and maintains a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users
Qualifications
2-4 yrs experience in a technology-oriented company or functional role
Proficiency in back-end tools: SQL Server databases, DMS (iManage or NetDocs), Active Directory, Data warehousing and ETL, and Azure & AWS
Excellent understanding of data security best practices
Familiarity with information architecture and governance in the legal space
Results oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working under tight deadlines with internal and external customers
Excellent PC skills including MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
