Job Details
generally work 12 hour shifts day and nights. Day shift starts at 0545 to 1745 and Night Shift starts at 1745 to 0545. The LTC Director is really easy to work with for scheduling.
Some of the nurses work 3 days on and 4 days off, some work 6 days on and 7 off, etc. They would just have to communicate with her to see how they could work it.
We pay $1.50 per hour for Evening Shift Differentials, $2.00 Night Shift Differentials, and $2.50 Weekend Shift Differentials.
Holiday pay and overtime are at 1.5 times.
Covid Vaccines are mandatory here but we do offer both Religious and Medical Exemptions.
A Wyoming Nursing License is a must have.
Moving Expenses are an option for specific situations of up to $5000.00.
