We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our Multifamily Investment & Management Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our 1,000-unit multifamily portfolio in the Auburn, AL region. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and adaptive personality; as they will be overseeing the properties and staff.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee our 1,000-unit multifamily portfolio within the region.
• Manage and supervise our management staff and properties to ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently
• Provide oversight and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investment partners, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage asset management and investment partnership accounting for the region.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and profitability.
• Work closely with the executives & operations team to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of supervisory/management experience in the multifamily construction and development industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with investment partnership accounting.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex challenges.
