We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including litigation, escrow disputes, foreclosure disputes, and representing lenders. You must be licensed to practice law in Ohio and have excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in real estate transactions, including litigation, escrow disputes, foreclosure disputes, and representing lenders.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clients with accurate and timely legal advice.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and other real estate-related agreements.
• Negotiate and settle disputes between parties involved in real estate transactions.
• Provide guidance to clients on regulatory and compliance issues related to real estate transactions.
• Attend court hearings and trials to represent clients in real estate-related matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio and in good standing with the Ohio Bar.
• 4 years of experience in real estate law, including litigation, escrow disputes, foreclosure disputes, and representing lenders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other legal professionals.
