This includes conducting supplier audits and assessing supplier quality systems.11.Develop and maintain metrics to monitor the performance of products and processes.12.Identify and analyze trends in customer satisfaction, quality, and performance.13.Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.14.Establish and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.15.Investigate and resolve quality issues.16.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.17.Participate in continuous improvement projects.18.Engage in a positive manner with team members from all disciplines to ensure common goals are being met (production, material handling, lean manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, safety, maintenance, shipping/receiving, customer service, etc.)19.Provide adequate care and maintenance of all equipment and resources used, including performing required calibrations and preventive maintenance where necessary.Interested in hearing more?
