Job Details
-

• 5 years of transferrable experience directly related to QA / QC Leadership within a Manufacturing/Construction Environment
• Solid knowledge of building codes
• Success driven individual with a can-do approach to manufacturing challenges
• Proven leadership through accountability
• Effective communication, presentation and teamwork skills including the ability to write clear, concise technical documentation
• Related experience in a construction environment primarily in Quality Control, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial building construction, framing, siding, roofing, mechanical and electrical systems
• Plan, coordinate and direct quality assurance and in-process inspections to ensure consistent quality of production
• Perform pre-delivery physical building inspections and material audits for work order compliance
• Responsible for implementing quality control programs
• Proactively engage shop supervision in addressing quality matters that surface to enable an expedient resolution
