We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team in the Mortgage industry. As a Permanent Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and profitable. You will also be responsible for overseeing leasing activities and promoting properties on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Property Management, leasing, Social Media, and Yardi.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and profitable
  • Oversee leasing activities and ensure that all vacancies are filled in a timely manner
  • Promote properties on social media platforms to attract potential tenants
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
  • Ensure that all properties are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Prepare and manage budgets for each property and ensure that they are met
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure that they are addressed promptly
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that all repairs are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address any concerns or complaints promptly
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for each property
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Property Management, leasing, Social Media, and Yardi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
