Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
2. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including DSA and OSHPD.
4. Develop and maintain project schedules, and ensure that projects are completed on time.
5. Monitor project costs, and implement cost control measures to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
6. Review and respond to RFIs, and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
8. Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
9. Identify and manage project risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
10. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience with project management, DSA, OSHPD, scheduling, negotiation, cost control, and RFI.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Proficiency with project management software and tools.
8. PMP certification is a plus.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and excellence.
