Job Details
Responsibilities:

• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risk in relation to job site safety, owner contractual terms, city and/or county specifications, and other contractors that could be working on-site
• Schedule work on calendar to help coordinate crews and inform management of following week’s expectations and needs at weekly scheduling meeting
• Work with estimator and field supervision to coordinate material supplies and document the delivery and acceptance of the material but still have great customer service
• Attend and coordinate weekly meetings with the owner or owner’s representative to communicate updated construction progress and when substantial completion can be expected with a great attitude
• Track project cost and job production, change order documentation, and request for payments
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of related experience is required relating to heavy civil/heavy highway infrastructure: dirt, underground, paving, and structures
• Able to meet all physical requirements
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Great sense of humor and positive attitude so the enjoyment of our awesome culture is unlike any other
