We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Executive to join our Structural Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing, innovative company that values creativity, integrity, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful execution of large-scale engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be working closely with a diverse team of professionals, including engineers, architects, and construction managers, to deliver world-class structural engineering solutions.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage structural engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's specifications.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
3. Oversee the project planning, design, and implementation process, ensuring all aspects are in alignment with the project objectives and company standards.
4. Coordinate with various internal and external teams, including architects, construction managers, and other engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring the highest level of safety and quality.
6. Provide expert technical guidance on structural engineering matters, ensuring all designs are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
7. Regularly report on project status to senior management, clients, and stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) certification will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in leading and managing large-scale projects.
3. Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards.
4. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
7. Proficient in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP2000.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
9. A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to changes and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
