We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Permanent Production Supervisor to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the successful operation of our manufacturing processes, particularly in the rubber and plastic extrusion sectors.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on maintaining the highest levels of quality control and efficiency.

Responsibilities :
As a Permanent Production Supervisor, your key duties will include :
- Overseeing daily operations in the rubber and plastic extrusion departments.
- Conducting regular quality control inspections to ensure that all products meet our stringent standards.
- Managing the departmental budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Conducting compliance training for all team members, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Utilizing precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, comparators, and C.M.M. to monitor and maintain quality control.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a diverse team, promoting a positive work environment.
- Communicating effectively with team members and management in both English and Spanish.
- Continuously reviewing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications :
To be considered for the role of Permanent Production Supervisor, candidates must possess the following :
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in rubber and plastic extrusion.
- Demonstrable knowledge of precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, comparators, and C.M.M.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Proficiency in conducting quality control inspections and compliance training.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
