Our manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Production Supervisor who is bi-lingual in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the food industry and possess a strong understanding of OSHA regulations. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of production workers to ensure that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the production team to ensure that production targets are met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure that all production processes are carried out in accordance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand.
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
• Review and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and develop production workers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Ensure that the production area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food industry.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
