As a Product Manager in our Engineering division, you will be at the forefront of our innovative and industry-leading solutions, directly contributing to the success and growth of our cutting-edge AI and industrial robotics product lines. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment where you can apply your experience in product management, 3D CAD Design, customer demonstrations, CPQ, and applications engineering to create and manage products that revolutionize the engineering industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept through development, launch, and end-of-life stages, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and sales, to define product requirements and deliverables.
3. Use your expertise in 3D CAD Design to create and refine product designs, working closely with the engineering team to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.
4. Develop and implement effective strategies for product positioning, pricing, and promotion.
5. Leverage your skills in AI and industrial robotics to enhance product features, improve user experience, and drive product adoption.
6. Conduct customer demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products, gathering feedback to inform product improvements.
7. Utilize CPQ tools to streamline the quote-to-cash process, optimizing pricing and improving sales efficiency.
8. Apply your knowledge in applications engineering to troubleshoot technical issues, provide customer support, and improve product performance.
9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product strategy and development.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA would be a plus.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the engineering industry.
3. Proven experience with AI, industrial robotics, and 3D CAD Design.
4. Demonstrated ability to conduct effective customer demonstrations and presentations.
5. Proficiency in CPQ tools and applications engineering.
6. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
