Title Process Technician
Location St. Louis, MO
Salary $30-$40/hr OT
Requirements Manufacturing/ Preventative Maintenance/ Injection Molding/ Extruders

- Performing routine and preventive maintenance on Injection Molding Machinery, gearboxes, pumps, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, utilizing your deep understanding of Manufacturing Methods and Procedures.
- Working closely with the production team to install, maintain, and repair industrial robotics and extruder machinery.
- Identifying, documenting, and communicating technical issues, proposing solutions to improve process efficiency and equipment performance.
- Assisting in the training of other technicians and operators to enhance team knowledge and performance.
- Adhering to all safety standards and protocols, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing your expertise in Plastics Manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Technician in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with mechanical maintenance, including the repair of mechanical systems, gearboxes, and pumps.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Injection Molding Machinery and preventive maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Solid understanding of Manufacturing Methods and Procedures.
- Experience with Industrial Robotics and Extruder repair.
- Familiarity with plastic manufacturing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
