Job Details
We are seeking a highly qualified Staff Attorney to join our premier Private Credit Department, working from our Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, New York, or Washington, DC office.
The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or other relevant legal experience. We require candidates who have demonstrated lending experience along with general experience in a variety of financing transactions. Preference will be given to those with experience in due diligence, non-reliance letters, non-disclosure agreements, landlord waivers, and deposit account control agreements.
Excellent academic credentials, strong communication and analytical skills, and a client-team focused work ethic are required. If you are a qualified candidate, please include your resume and a copy of your law school transcript with your application.
