Job Details
- In this role, you will work closely with attorneys to prepare for hearings and trials, conduct extensive legal research, review and summarize medical records, and summarize depositions
- You will be a critical part of the team, helping to deliver outstanding services to the firm's clients
Requirements :
- Must be based in Eastern Standard Time Zone
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal
- Must have experience working remotely
- Comprehensive knowledge of the legal process, legal terminology, and court rules and procedures
- Proven experience in hearing and trial preparation
- Proficient in reviewing and summarizing medical records, and summarizing depositions
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
