We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients who have been injured as a result of someone else's negligence. You will be joining a dynamic and growing legal team that is committed to providing the highest level of legal representation to our clients.
Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Attend court hearings and trials to advocate for clients
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Build relationships with clients and provide them with regular updates on their case
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best possible outcome for clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of [insert state]
