Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the packaging industry. This position is perfect for someone who loves to be on the go, meeting new people, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of success in sales and packaging. If you are a natural at building relationships and have a passion for manufacturing, then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads and follow up on potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- 2 years of experience in sales, outside sales, or packaging
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
