Job Details
Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:

• The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will provide quality patient care to the full lifespan
• Responsible for appropriate assessments and evaluations of patients, prescribing medication, counseling patients as well as detect and diagnose adverse drug reactions
• Maintains and evaluates medical charts to determine appropriate patient care follow up and education regarding acute and chronic illnesses
• Accurately and completely charts information regarding patient interactions in to the Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program and/or Physician Assistant Program.
• Experience treating the full lifespan (0-100 )
• Board certification
• AZ License or eligible for licensure
