🔍 Progress Conductor Keep tabs on patient progress, fine-tuning care plans as necessary.
📚 Education Virtuoso Teach patients and their families about their conditions and the available treatment options.
💊 Medication Maestro Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
💕 Emotional Support Extend emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
📊 Precise Records Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records.

📜 APRN License Your active APRN license is your golden ticket.
🩺 3 Years of Experience Showcase at least 3 years of experience in acute care and chronic disease management.
