- Utilizing your experience in OEM manufacturing to create designs that are both functional and cost-effective.
- Leveraging your knowledge of product development to bring new ideas to life, from initial concept through to final production.
- Applying your expertise in mechanical engineering to create designs that are robust, reliable, and fit for purpose.
- Utilizing 3D modeling techniques and AutoCAD software to create detailed design plans.
- Ensuring all designs meet the necessary standards for manufacturing (DFM), ensuring a smooth transition from design to production.
- Applying your knowledge of thermodynamics to create designs that are energy-efficient and sustainable.
- Overseeing the entire manufacturing process, from initial design through to final production, ensuring all products meet our high standards of quality and performance.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with OEM manufacturing, product development, and mechanical engineering.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling and AutoCAD.
- A deep understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
- Knowledge of thermodynamics and how to apply these principles to design.
- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to oversee the entire production cycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
