- Designing, implementing, and refining manufacturing processes and systems for the production of our products.
- Utilizing lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and increase operational efficiency.
- Using AutoCAD to develop detailed designs and layouts.
- Overseeing project management from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conducting root cause analysis for manufacturing issues and developing effective corrective actions.
- Providing technical support and guidance to the production team to ensure the successful execution of manufacturing processes.
- Maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards within the manufacturing environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
