Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures and system malfunctions, utilizing your knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Document processes and maintain equipment logs detailing all maintenance and repairs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure overall production efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of mechanical aptitude and dexterity.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
• A certification or degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
