Job Details
Our manufacturing team is seeking a skilled and experienced Permanent Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and repair any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Use hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
• Work with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a maintenance mechanic role in an engineering industry
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and preventive maintenance techniques
• Experience working with PLCs and other automated systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
