We are seeking a highly motivated Machine Operator Helper to join our team. As a Machine Operator Helper, you will be responsible for assisting the machine operator in setting up and operating various machines and equipment. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and safety are crucial.
Responsibilities:

• Assist the machine operator in setting up and operating various machines and equipment
• Perform changeovers and adjustments to machines as needed
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during operation
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating and helping set up machines, particularly printing presses
• Ability to perform changeovers and adjustments to machines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
