Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details

  • Represent clients in cases involving products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters
  • Providing legal support to clients
  • Managing cases from inception through trial and/or appeal, as necessary
  • Maintaining positive client relationships
  • Preparing legal reports and documents
  • Taking and defending depositions (including those of Plaintiff and experts, witnesses, etc.)
Take and defend depositions
  • Draft, propound, and respond to written discovery
  • Draft law and motion (including motions to compel and summary judgment)
  • Prepare trial documents and mediation briefs
  • Propounding discovery and responding to discovery.
  • Drafting complaints ranging from basic motor vehicle accidents to complex premises and assault cases.
  • Propounding and responding to discovery
  • Drafting and appearing for law and motion
  • Making court appearances, handling depositions, pretrial motions, and litigation work from inception to settlement/verdict
CA Bar License (Required)
Litigation: 2-5 years (Preferred)
Strong Personal Injury and Employment Law knowledge
