We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex litigation matters in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The successful candidate will be a critical member of our team, providing legal advice, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and representing our clients in court. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a commitment to excellence, a high degree of professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Permanent Litigation Associate, your duties will include
- Conducting extensive legal research and analysis on a wide range of topics related to litigation.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Participating in all phases of civil litigation, from initiation through appeal.
- Representing clients in court, before administrative agencies, or in arbitration proceedings.
- Collaborating with our team of attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Negotiating settlements on behalf of our clients.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.
- Providing clear, concise, and timely communication to clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Managing multiple cases and projects simultaneously, while meeting strict deadlines.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation attorney or associate litigation attorney.
- Proven experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Strong litigation skills, including experience in conducting legal research, developing litigation strategies, and representing clients in court.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while meeting strict deadlines.
