The Job Description:

• Expertly craft pleadings and motions, highlighting a nuanced understanding of construction law.
• Conduct thorough depositions, extracting pivotal insights crucial to fortifying legal arguments.
• Actively participate in trials., and hearings, demonstrating a mastery of litigation dynamics.

Requirements:

• Possesses 1-3 years of experience as a Litigation Associate, with a specialization in construction law.
• Demonstrates stellar academic credentials, excelling in legal research and possessing persuasive writing skills.
• Exhibits organizational diligence and courtroom acumen.
