Farivar Law Firm, a boutique law firm with an excellent reputation and diverse clientele, is currently seeking a 2 plus year associate attorney to join our dynamic civil litigation team. Position: Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation Salary Range: $125,000 - $185,000, commensurate with experience bonuses benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs;

• Participate in all aspects of civil litigation, including court appearances, depositions, negotiations, and mediations;

• Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel;

• Work closely with colleagues on case strategy, legal research, and analysis; and

• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current on legal trends, and contributing to the firm's growth.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

• 2 plus years of civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on business law, employment defense.

• Admitted to practice in State of California.

• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.

• Willing to work overtime and/or on weekends if necessary.
