Job Details
Responsibilities:

• Client Care: Build positive relationships with clients by handling calls, emails, and scheduling appointments. Proactively address their needs and provide excellent service.
• Case Management: Organize and maintain pre-litigation client files, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines. Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies to gather necessary information.
• Legal Support: Assist attorneys with drafting correspondence, demand letters, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare factual summaries as needed.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with all members of the legal team to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a personal injury law setting (paralegal certificate not required).
• Excellent references will be required.
• Ability to work on-site in North Hollywood (7.5 hour days)
• Strong communication, writing, and proofreading skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Enjoys learning and continuously improving.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
