Looking for someone with an industrial maintenance background. Ideally someone with troubleshooting experience and electrical experience. The main priority is keeping production equipment up and running, however, since we are a smaller operation, facility maintenance comes in many forms and can also include basic office maintenance (light bulbs, air filters), plumbing, HVAC, etc. We are looking for someone who can troubleshoot, diagnosis, repair or make recommendations for repair if outside the scope of the knowledge.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the maintenance and repair of our industrial equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians in the repair and maintenance of hydraulic tube systems and other industrial equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and develop and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, inspection, and calibration of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize equipment performance and minimize production downtime.
• Train and mentor junior technicians in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on hydraulic tube systems.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of technicians.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and repair, including experience with hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective corrective actions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
