Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and development of automation systems, encompassing control systems, robotics, and process automation.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to automation engineering teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of automation solutions into existing manufacturing processes and equipment.
