Job DetailsOur Chicago office is searching for an attorney to join our expanding national management-side Employment, Labor, and Workforce Management practice at the associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience with federal and state labor & employment laws, litigation, and providing advice on workplace law issues. Experience with ADA accommodations, FINRA arbitrations, and employment agreements is beneficial. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication, and writing skills are required. Juris Doctorate degree and admission to practice law in Illinois are mandatory. Federal level judicial clerkship experience is highly preferred.
