Job Requirements:
- 4 years of engineering experience
- 3 years of Highway experience
- Previous Roadway design experience
- ADOT, MicroStation experience
- Provide lead design services for a diverse project portfolio comprised of DOT and Municipal projects
- You will be creative and possess the ability to independently solve engineering design issues and take ownership of their work
- Strong listening and communication skills and be able to interact with clients and the design team throughout the project lifecycle
